WORLD SERIES | DECEMBER 2020

A series of preliminary regattas, the World Cup Series, will be raced around the world in 2020 in the AC75 high-performance mono-hulls. These culminate in a Christmas regatta for the third and final event for all competitors during December 2020 in Auckland.

The Christmas regatta promises to be particularly exciting as it’s the first time the teams will race their futuristic, flying mono-hulls in New Zealand. What’s more, the teams may also opt to compete in their second AC75’s ahead of the Prada Challenger Series and the main event in March.

These races will play out at breathtaking speeds on the same courses, marking the start of a spectacular summer of the world’s best yacht racing, right here on our doorstep.
